TL;DR

MagicBlocks had a product worth reselling — but no infrastructure to let anyone do it. Lia Golledge built the Partner Program from the ground up: designing the affiliate and agency partner tiers, launching the landing page, configuring FirstPromoter to track referrals and commissions, and running outreach to influencers and agencies to seed the first cohort. MagicBlocks was growing through content and direct acquisition, but the team recognised a gap: there was a whole category of people who could be selling or referring MagicBlocks — and no structured way to let them do it.

Two distinct groups kept showing up in conversations. The first was individual content creators, consultants, and AI-curious professionals — people already talking about sales AI and lead conversion to audiences who needed it. They could refer customers but had no formal channel, no tracking, and no incentive structure.
