I've spent the last 10 years in fast-moving startups — as a founder, a CMO, and for the last 1.5 years as the Chief Community Officer/Growth Lead at the AI SaaS company MagicBlocks AI. Most of what I do involves figuring something out for the first time, testing whether it works, and then building a system around it so it keeps working without me.
